Now you can collect and respond to real-time, actionable feedback from your customers. Stop worrying about your clients and start learning from them! Hop Survey sends individualized, gated surveys and tracks the responses. Each recipient is given a unique link and they can even start the survey directly from the email.

Hop Survey handles multiple simultaneous campaigns and contact lists, so you can have an annual survey while also doing ongoing purchase feedback. Emails are sent using EE’s built-in email delivery or a third-party SMTP integration. Hop Survey tracks open rates and completion status, it sends custom reminders, and it exports responses to CSV.

Note: This addon requires Solspace Freeform. Survey answers are stored in Solspace Freeform.

All survey pages (emails, forms and responses) are completely customizable using EE templates. Recipients can be added manually or imported from a CSV file. Also integrates with the SVIX-signed webhook system.
