Hop Studios designed and built a new Wix website for a private psychiatric practice, including an elegant, modern site design, a secure HIPAA-compliant client consultation form built to protect sensitive health information, and a responsive, SEO-friendly implementation.

When Rinnah MacVittie was ready to launch her private psychiatric practice, she came to Hop Studios needing a HIPAA-compliant website that reflected her refined vision. The goal was simple: a website that felt welcoming, not clinical; that established credibility right away, and that gave prospective patients a reason to trust her practice while gently encouraging them to book a consultation.
We built the site using the Wix platform, for its broad selection of flexible templates and its straightforward content management, as well as for its excellent, sophisticated form-creation tool. Overall, a good fit for a solo practice that needs room to grow without facing ongoing developer costs. Working from Rinnah’s vision of an earthy, sophisticated aesthetic, we developed a custom original website design with individual page layouts uniquely tailored around her content. We built a HIPAA-secure pre-qualifying consultation form with automated email notifications, and set up Google Analytics so she could measure website performance. And we added some CSS animation flourishes to give the site a sense of life and activity.
The result is a modern mental health website that reflects the professionalism and warmth at the core of Rinnah’s personalized psychiatric practice. Prospective patients can submit consultation requests through a secure, privacy-conscious process, and Rinnah can update the Wix site herself as her practice evolves—in fact, she has already added a blog herself. She was given a strong start by Hop’s training process and can get quick, ongoing support from Hop Studios if ever she gets stuck. Because it’s not a bad thing to ask for help when you need it.
